Shuttle DS47 for UTM appliance?

I'm considering buying a Shuttle DS47 to run the UTM software. I have a 80/20mbs vdsl/fftc connection. I'd like to run ids, av, logging, vpn, the whole works if possible.

The DS46 has the following specs :
CPU Family Intel Celeron (Dual Core)
Processor Number 847
CPU Speed 1.1 GHz
Network Card Dual Realtek 8111G
Network Card Data Link Protocol Ethernet
Network Card Speeds 10/100/1000 Mbps
Wireless Network Yes
Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b/g/n 


I've done some searching, looks like nobody has posted about this pc.

Will the UTM work with the nics ?
How much RAM should I buy ? 
Approximately what sort of performance can I expect ?

    Hi,
    The i5-4670k is quad core, yes.
    But you have to go to the i7 if you want QC + HyperThreading.

    The 4670 is Haswell, socket 1150, so it won't work in the Intel boards (Intel stopped making boards after socket 1155).

    If your motherboard order falls through, the S1200KPR aka DBS1200KPR appears to be available on Amazon, and there is at least one Haswell board with dual Intel NICs available now. LogicSupply, Amazon, and NewEgg have the Jetway NF9J-Q87. 

    LogicSupply shows the ASRock IMB-180 (socket G3) and ASRock IMB-181-D (1150) as coming Nov 1st.
