Shuttle DS47 for UTM appliance?

I'm considering buying a Shuttle DS47 to run the UTM software. I have a 80/20mbs vdsl/fftc connection. I'd like to run ids, av, logging, vpn, the whole works if possible.

The DS46 has the following specs :
CPU Family Intel Celeron (Dual Core)
Processor Number 847
CPU Speed 1.1 GHz
Network Card Dual Realtek 8111G
Network Card Data Link Protocol Ethernet
Network Card Speeds 10/100/1000 Mbps
Wireless Network Yes
Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b/g/n 


I've done some searching, looks like nobody has posted about this pc.

Will the UTM work with the nics ?
How much RAM should I buy ? 
Approximately what sort of performance can I expect ?

    I was thinking of the i3-3220T, the one clocked at 2.8Ghz and with a TPD of 35W.
    The i5-4670k is quad core ?

    I've just ordered a DQ77KB MB, but the vendor was saying 3 weeks lead time, so it may be vapourware...
