Shuttle DS47 for UTM appliance?

I'm considering buying a Shuttle DS47 to run the UTM software. I have a 80/20mbs vdsl/fftc connection. I'd like to run ids, av, logging, vpn, the whole works if possible.

The DS46 has the following specs :
CPU Family Intel Celeron (Dual Core)
Processor Number 847
CPU Speed 1.1 GHz
Network Card Dual Realtek 8111G
Network Card Data Link Protocol Ethernet
Network Card Speeds 10/100/1000 Mbps
Wireless Network Yes
Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b/g/n

I've done some searching, looks like nobody has posted about this pc.

Will the UTM work with the nics ?
How much RAM should I buy ?
Approximately what sort of performance can I expect ?

Hi, quad-core would give you more horsepower for IPS and A/V if you have a lot of simultaneous users.
If you don't, then a fast i3 should be perfect.

Personally, I will probably get an i5-4670 as it isn't much more expensive (~$70USD or ~15% total system cost) than the fastest i3.
I have an i5-4670k in my workstation at home and it idles at under 40watts. A lower TDP i3 or i5 CPU should be somewhat better, but I wouldn't bet on a dramatic difference.
