Shuttle DS47 for UTM appliance?

I'm considering buying a Shuttle DS47 to run the UTM software. I have a 80/20mbs vdsl/fftc connection. I'd like to run ids, av, logging, vpn, the whole works if possible.

The DS46 has the following specs :
CPU Family Intel Celeron (Dual Core)
Processor Number 847
CPU Speed 1.1 GHz
Network Card Dual Realtek 8111G
Network Card Data Link Protocol Ethernet
Network Card Speeds 10/100/1000 Mbps
Wireless Network Yes
Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b/g/n 


I've done some searching, looks like nobody has posted about this pc.

Will the UTM work with the nics ?
How much RAM should I buy ? 
Approximately what sort of performance can I expect ?

    Some other motherboard possibilities:
    Intel S1200KPR aka DBS1200KPR (1155 Ivy Bridge, still a few in stock on Amazon ~$175USD)
    Jetway NF9J-Q87 (Haswell, ~$240USD)

    Personally, I'm considering getting a Gigabyte board (Z87N-wifi) with 1 Intel NIC.
    It also has an Qualcomm Atheros gigE NIC which is NOT supported by the UTM (yet). The WiFi NIC will not be supported.
    I have a mini-ITX case with room for a PCIe NIC, and I have a couple of multi-port NICs (Intel & Broadcom), so I'd use one of those at least until the Atheros is supported.
    For me, this is cheaper as I already have the NICs, and the Gigabyte board is much less than the Jetway.
    This would not be practical with a SFF case though.

    AFAIK, none of the above boards have been tested in the UTM yet.
