Shuttle DS47 for UTM appliance?

I'm considering buying a Shuttle DS47 to run the UTM software. I have a 80/20mbs vdsl/fftc connection. I'd like to run ids, av, logging, vpn, the whole works if possible.

The DS46 has the following specs :
CPU Family Intel Celeron (Dual Core)
Processor Number 847
CPU Speed 1.1 GHz
Network Card Dual Realtek 8111G
Network Card Data Link Protocol Ethernet
Network Card Speeds 10/100/1000 Mbps
Wireless Network Yes
Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b/g/n 


I've done some searching, looks like nobody has posted about this pc.

Will the UTM work with the nics ?
How much RAM should I buy ? 
Approximately what sort of performance can I expect ?

    Not so easy to find a sff device or even motherboard with dual ncs that are not based on the Realtek 8111* chip.

    The only only contender I've found so far is the Intel DQ77KB - its a mini itx board with a 1155 socket, so i3, i5, celerons will work. It has a dual Intel based nics.

    It has a problem though, availability and cost. It retails for 242 GBP (389USD) from Amazon. That is without a cpu, case etc, just the bareboard !!!!!

    amazon.com sells it for about 170USD

    Any one suggest a similar alternative, more easily available alternative ?
