Shuttle DS47 for UTM appliance?

I'm considering buying a Shuttle DS47 to run the UTM software. I have a 80/20mbs vdsl/fftc connection. I'd like to run ids, av, logging, vpn, the whole works if possible.

The DS46 has the following specs :
CPU Family Intel Celeron (Dual Core)
Processor Number 847
CPU Speed 1.1 GHz
Network Card Dual Realtek 8111G
Network Card Data Link Protocol Ethernet
Network Card Speeds 10/100/1000 Mbps
Wireless Network Yes
Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b/g/n 


I've done some searching, looks like nobody has posted about this pc.

Will the UTM work with the nics ?
How much RAM should I buy ? 
Approximately what sort of performance can I expect ?

    Most recently I was running monowall on an old Nokia IP120, that was ok for 70mbs to a dmz and fine for an 20mbs adsl2 connection, but doesn't cut it for my current 80/20. I guess the DS47 will be ok if I stick to a basic stateful FW and forgo the ids and av scanning. I'd like it to be low power and have the firepower to cope with the new link and provide the UTM features.
