Impact of increased memory

Hi
I currently run my Astaro on a Computer with Intel Core 2 Duo and 3gb of ram.
If I increase memory to 8gb would that have any noticeable impact on the performance?
I currently use the following features:
firewall and GEO IP blocking
SSL VPN
Web filtering with AV
Sophos Endpoint protection

Currently planing to enable both SMTP Proxy and POP proxy.

    More mem is always good. But I wouldn't eypext any further boost after 4gb of mem on a core2duo. 3gb is ok, 4 is usually perfect, more is for bigger installations with more than 2 CPU cores. Better spend the saved money for a SSD or faster HDD instead.
