All passwords is resetting in home edition

I have installed install the Sophos UTM 9 with home users we have only 5 users. After I installed and configured everything with a Home license I have downloaded from the Sophos licensing portal .After 2 weeks time I cannot login to webadmin also in direct shell access all passwords says it is incorrect.

I have followed the guide to reset the password available .Recover access to your Sophos UTM in the event of password loss

I could be able to reset all passwords without any problem .But Why passwords has been resetting automatically? Because of using Home lincence? . Or Sophos is identifying Somehow the home edition and teasing people and forcing people to buy the Licenced suites? Whilst I have been using Astaro Security gateways for the last 5 years without any problem with licensed Software and Hardware appliances.Please help me he

    Hi and welcome to the forums...

    It's possible you have a corruption problem (bad hardware?).

    This hasn't been reported by many other users, but I've seen one or two over the last couple years.

    Many people here (including myself) are using the home license; it's not that.
