Sophos UTM 9.1 cheap small silent hardware for home environment

I am looking for a silent small cheap hardware solution to run Sophos UTM 9.1 in my home environment. 
I don't want to spend 500 Euros for a Sophos UTM Appliance.
But maybe someone has experience or just build something like what I need.

I have a 100 mbit Internet Connection and about 10 devices in my home environment. 

It would be great to have a fanless silent small device with 2 network interfaces for a 10 User environment. 

Anyone buid a cheap fanless Server?
Would be great if anyone can post his experience here.

     I have the following completely silent setup:

    Intel DQ77KB 
    i3-3220T 2.8
    8GB Kingston HyperX
    Kingston 120GB solid state

    Case: Akasa Euler, it's only compatible with two boards, one of which is the DQ77KB.  It's a brilliant case, basically just a giant heat sink.

    Is your configuration fast enough for 250/25 mbit?

    I have a similar setup but with a better processor:

    Case AKASA Euler (Fanless)
    Board Intel DQ77KB
    Processor Intel core i5-3470T
    Ram Kingston 8 Gb DDR3-1600
    HD Kingston SSDNow KC300 60 Gb

    Working smoothly on a 120/6 cable connection with almost 0 db noise.

    Hi, for 250Mbps you're going to need a very fast CPU; 2 Core or 4 Core.

    Why are you looking at socket 1155 boards & CPUs? They're getting very hard to find, and they're not as fast as the Haswell 1150 hardware.

    If you don't care too much about case size, you can get a larger Mini-ITX case with larger, low-speed fans which can be very quiet.

    A larger case also affords a full-size PCIe slot for a single or multi-port NIC, as well as enough cooling for a hot quad-port NIC.

    I have:
    i5-4670 CPU (Haswell 1150)
    Gigabyte motherboard with Intel NIC
    PCIe Intel NIC
    Fractal Design Node 304 case, with fan controllers set to 'low'
    HDD
    4GB RAM

    The fastest i3 1150 CPU should be fine too.

    My system is near silent, and idles under 30W.

    But I would like to build a silent AND cheap system. The most of the time the network load is under 10mbit downstream. The full speed is only required for big downloads. 

    My use case is not really very high: 
    It should work with a 250/25mbit link (3 users, mostly surfing, downloading and gaming) AV should be enabled.
    And a other requirement is the cheap price and silent hardware.

    Well I'm not sure it depends on the load, you may be better with the above i5 which is also a low wattage processor.

    My line is 75/20 and my processor is under 1% load.  So barely a sweat, highest it has gone is about 20%.  Full AV and IPS on, running in full transparent bridged mode.
