HA malfunctioning in new 9.102-8

Hello Sophos UTM

After of migrate to last 9.102-8 in a HA enviroment with two 425 UTM appliances multiple log don't display info, SMTP has down and HA is mailfunctioning.

We have a HA in Active/pasive mode in before the migration the HA Status displayed one Active and other Standby but now both are ACTIVE as can see in the attached images.

One issue is that Sophos UTM don't have now the Active/Active mode.. only have Off and Active/passive.

How to solve this troubble?

Hi ,

Check the cluster mode.
If it is set to active/active change it to active passive.
If you does not have an active/active license this can be the cause.
You can always try to delete the cluster and recreate it.
It should not happen with the upgrade.

There is no problem.

Both have to be Active, cause one is Master and one is slave. This is correct.

As Sven said, there is no issue; that display is normal for a correctly functioning HA pair.
