An Atom board using 8Gb RAM and Dual Nics from Supermicro

I was chatting with an Intel rep, and he pointed out this board and CPU.  I didn't know that an Atom and board existed that will take 8Gb of RAM.  Has anyone tried this board out?  Might be a reasonable choice for some (home?) users for a small low power box.  Supermicro says they came out with it in December.

It's a Supermicro X9SBAA-F - Atom CPU, 8Gb RAM, dual Gb Ethernet ports, 2 USB 3.0 ports

    re PCI:
    One PCI NIC is OK for gigE, IF it is not sharing the PCI bus with anything else.

    The problem, though, is that many motherboard chipsets have the onboard NICs attached to the same, single, PCI bus, in which case you'll never see over 500mbps. I've seen that on my Atom, and another user reported it recently on a faster CPU.
