We need help,
First it begun with a sophos update which failed to install, before we knew, this was affecting our exchange server,so we had to uninstal pure message. This restored exchange to normal,howerve we have challenges with spam, since pure message is not running......we tried to re-install pure message but in vain. It gives the following error:
"Setup encountered an error while gathering system information. Error details: COM error-code 0x80004005: unspecified error."
Since this has never been sorted out
