Hardware solution

I am administrating an office in the UK and we moved premises to another city where we have a DSL line (6meg). Earlier we used a modified flashed fritz box from AVM as modem-only. This device is not working anymore with BT in our new offices.the difference is ADSL 2+ i think. I now have the original BT hub (2700HGV)  connected to my astaro, but the BT hub is overall too locked. You cant do setting an admin wants to set. Does somebody know another modem device which works with astaro (UTM120)?  Tried also a DLink 323 modem, did not connect [:(]

Any help would be wonderful!

    Hi I'm in Uk and been a Astaro reseller for ages 7 years + also a Specialist ISP reseller however if you want some initial free help drop me a PM .. Your Bt circuit is ADSL 2+ ? Or is it ADSL Max ?

    Do you have a static IP address also Bt hubs are rubbish and are in NAT setup usually we use Netgear DG834's ADSL 
    They work ok on Sync rates up to 8 meg in NoNat but we have a range of public IP,s so it's easy
