Cluster Update to UMT9 failed

Hello,
i tried to update my Astaro ASG320 HA Cluster (aktive/aktive)
Firmware-Version: 8.309 to the new UMT9 Firmware.
When I start the Update, it failed after some seconds.
In the HA Status i see one node with the Status UP2DATE-FAILED and the Cluster is now running with only one node.

In the log I see the message:
2013:05:06-08:15:01 astaro-2 audld[23360]: running on HA slave system or cluster node, exiting
2013:05:06-08:15:01 astaro-2 audld[23360]:

Can someone tell me what i should do now?

This seems to be a Business setup, right? So don't play, instead have your reseller create a Support request with Sophos.

I agree, you should start a support case. Out of curiosity, what version is the running node reporting?

Hi,
thanks for the Help.

Yes its an Business Installation.
With 44 VPN Connection.

These are 2 ASG320
Firmware-Version: 8.309
The Hardware is nearly 5 Month old.

I opend a support Request by our Reseller,
but up to now i get no answer.

No answer from your reseller or no answer from Sophos?
Generally Astaro/Sophos is quite quick in responding...

Jorg, have you tried rebooting the one with Up2Date failed - it's not working now, right?

Hi Bob,
i didn`t reboot the Node where the Up2date failed.
We can restart the Node only in ethe Evening...we can not risk that the VPN Tunnels are going down.

The Cluster is now running with only one Node.
