License expires, what will we lose?

Hi,

We are running software Astaro 8.305, and are in the middle of replacing them with Chekpoints. 

This should have been done already, but due to some circumstances we weren't able to reach our target date, and one week from now the license expires on our Astaro.

Now we have a license for everything (network-, mail-, web-, web application- and wireless security) but as far as i can tell we're only actually using things covered by network security license (everything else is turned off).

However it is a bit unclear to me what we will be losing. 
We have 2 IPSEC site-to-site tunnels running, which will obviously go down, but for instance i can not find anywhere what is meant by "Advanced routing" which is covered by the network security license.

We have a lot of static routes and NAT rules, are these part of "Advanced routing"??

We are looking at setting up PfSense to keep our site-to-site up untill we can switch over to the checkpoints, but if i can't route traffic to it anymore that would be kind of pointless.

Hope someone here has an idea of what will still be available to me when the license goes, or is there some other way to use a free license to keep us going for a few more days?

    You can buy a one-month extension of Network Security for 1/12 the cost of a one-year extension.

    It's hard to advise you about what might happen when your license expires - certainly, anti-DoS Flooding and Intrusion Prevention also will xisappear.  An Essentials license is free, so you could upload one into your ASG to see what goes away, and then immediately upload your paid license to get everything back.

    If this was helpful to you, and you do the Essentials test, please post back here with information about what went away that you needed.

    @BAlfson Is there any way to buy the license without going through a provider of Sophos/Astaro?

    Perform the direct purchase by the Portal My Astaro for example...

    We are running (a lot of) firewalls with software Checkpoint R75, and are in the middle of replacing them with Astaro/Sophos.

    In the U.S. (at least) you are supposed to go through a partner (no direct sales); if you don't have one, Contact Sophos, and they will try to match you up with one.

    Hi ,

    How much time you need more for ending the project ?
    What kind of license ( hardware or software ?)
    How much IP ?
    If its not more then a couple of weeks , you can connect Sophos and they will probably provide you one for 2 more weeks.
