I have a situation where i have applied the updates from Up2Date on a clients UTM120 and now not able to access the Internet nor able to get to it remotely. I had the client go into their office to do a few checks for me and found the following:
- The Internet connection is UP
- They can ping and connect to the UTM internally
- Running the ping utility from the UTM tools menu was unable to ping an IP Address
I have compared it to the settings on my one in-house and cant see any differences. I have also tried to restore a previous version of the firmware but it still stays on 9.006-5, even after a reboot.
I am at a loss as what the problem could be. The only next step would be to talk the end user through a factory reset (they are 3000KM away). Before doing the updates (it was only installed last weekend), it ran fine.
Any ideas where to look before I try a factory reset?
