MyAstaro Email Address Change

The email address I used with MyAstaro is not going to be available soon. How do I change it to another address.?

    There's a contact for that  (it's the contact listed on the my.astaro.com portal when you login -- not going to print it here to keep spammers from nabbing the address) --- and let them know about your situation.  They can fix that for you, I believe.

    I sent an email to them 1 1/2 weeks ago and have not heard back yet, though it is possible that the ISP dropped it (that is the reason i am switching the emails).

    I'll try again and see if they respond.

    Hi, 

    FWIW, if you're a home user, you can create a new account with the new email address, and request a new home license which is usually pretty fast.
