AV updates expired, Home License?

Hi all!

Noticed this messages in my HTTP Proxy Log:

Can anyone with a home license confirm this? My Home License expires in 2014, so I am quite irritated why I do not get new AV patterns. UTM version is 9.005016.

  • I see no such error message on my home UTM (don't think it's a Home License issue per se); this could be an issue with the up2date server your system is contacting.  If it were a commercially-licenses system I'd recommend you start a support case on it, but unfortunately that is not an option for a home license.  Maybe one of the Sophos techs will happen by and see this, or it's possible a commercial customer is similarly affected and the problem will be fixed that way.
