dashboard shows update available

Hi there, since UTM9 i have the Problem, that i can#t install a firmware update. When dashboard shows a available update and klick on the link, UTM says that there is now update. If i upload a firmware manually, webadmin won#t recognize the up2date package. Does anyone know what to do?

    When you try to update manually what does it show in the up2date log under logging and reporting?
