files in ftp://ftp.astaro.de/UTM/v9/up2date/

Hi all,

i am alittle bit confused reading the Directory listing of ftp://ftp.astaro.de/UTM/v9/up2date/ to download files for manual update (Some of our Firewalls have no Internetconnect).

espacially all the files beginning with 9.004029 are confusing me a little bit.
In one case i have to go from 9.004033 to 9.005016 but wich files i have to install for this?

    To get up to 9.005-16 you need to install the following

    9.004034
    9.005015  I believe this patch was nearly 100MB
    9.005015-005016

    In theory you can modify the version number in /etc/version to match 9.004029 & just install the u2d-sys-9.004029-005016.tgz.gpg patch, but I have not done this & would suggest holding out until someone who has tried that chimes in.

    Actually, using u2d-sys-9.004029-005015.tgz.gpg on your 9.004--33 installation will work fine.  I've done quite a bit lately.

    You can, of course, just let the UTM download all the firmware updates it needs automatically, and just choose "update to latest version."
