Random reboots in Hyper-V 2012

Was this ever resolved? I too am experiencing random reboots. I run 4 VMs in a Hyper-V 2012. The only VM having issues is the astaro (UTM 9)

    Ok... so the reboots stopped for a few weeks and now they started again. [:(] I give up -- I can't find the cause. All of the VMs in that Hyper-V server are fine except for this one. I'll have to move the astaro to physical hardware which really blows...
