Hi Everyone...
I'm looking for some general info on how best to approach adding my wireless PCs in my home into my wired network. My wired network (thanks to Professor Bob) is all set up and singing like a charm. I have one VM with Astaro running, an internal network off the Astaro with a number or real PCs as well as a Windows 2012 Server with AD/DNS running on another VM.
The host running the VMs has 3 NICs, one of which is disabled, one to internal network, one to external network (direct to my FiOS router, which is also a wireless router/firewall). That host also has a wireless card/antenna, presently disabled.
The FiOS router only has one network cable plugged in - from it to the external network port on this host. My wirelessly connected PCs currently just connect to the FiOS router and get IPs using DHCP from it, so they have external network IP addresses.
What I'd like to do is connect them to my internal network. I wasn't sure what the best way to do this is... if it can be done through the FiOS wireless router, or better to connect to the wireless card in the host running my Win12Server DNS/AD VM and my Astaro VM - or get a third wireless router and put it on the presently disabled NIC in that host.
I'd also be looking for a general outline of the steps required for whichever y'all deem the best option. I don't mind reading and researching how to make it work, just need a push in the best direction. Links to the right info would be appreciated much as well. Haven't seen anything that quite fits this situation yet.
Thanks for any and all help/suggestions!
