Configuring ISP for Two UTM 425 Devices Active/passive

I am setting up a test for the 2 425 devices we just got before deploying them on the network. I have 1 ISP (Cable Modem) to test with. From reading, I have not found the specific answer for configuring HA to work with this one ISP Connection. So, the Active currently has the ISP on the WAN port.

My guess is that I connect the 2 UTMs to a router above them and have a Vlan set up for the internet connection so they can both access it.

Both of the UTM devices are operating as expected otherwise but, I have not built this type of redundancy before.

Our live network will probably have these behind our Cisco ASA

    You also need to get familiar with the official KnowledgeBase.  Check out The Cluster and HA Deployment Guide

    Although the UTM is fairly easy to maintain/administer, the initial design/installation should be done by an person experienced in setting it up.  You'll save a lot of headaches and time by spending a little money on the front end.

    This is exactly what I was looking for. We do intend to use a resource for deployment but wanted to work in a test environments first.
