Our ASG120 is currently on 8.308 and whenever I click on the Initialize Upgrade button on the Upgrade to UTM 9 tab, after a brief period of Initializing I get the following message:
Initialization failed: Upgrade download failed
As far as I can see there's nothing in the logs to indicate why the download has failed, and the only other indication I get is an automated email with WARN-094 in the subject line directing me to the manual.
Does anyone have any idea what may be causing the upgrade to fail in this manner?
