I need to connect a remote office to our Head Office ASG425's.
1. The remote office needs to use it's own internal DHCP server for the PC's etc on that site as it also gives out some extra config settings such as SLP details etc.
2. The site has a 10MB fiber connection (static IP) and a 4G UTMS router (DHCP IP), which I would only use as a failover connection if the 10MB fiber connection failed.
3. I want to connect AP30's on the remote site but want them to be seen / managed by the Head office ASG425's.
4. I want to be able to copy files etc between the PC's on the remote site (ie. this traffic is to be kept on the LAN), but ALL other traffic is to go to the Head Office 425's and then out that Internet connection ie. SFTP, Internet, FTP, SMTP etc.
On the remote site I have the option of using the ASG220 in RED mode or use the ASG220 with a IPSEC or S2S SSL VPN to the Head Office.
What is the best way to achieve this out of the two config options I have?.
Many Thanks!.
