Home Site License Details Email

Over the past couple of days, I have been trying to get a home use license. Each time I fill out the form (https://secure2.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-tools/sophos-utm-home-edition/download.aspx) no matter what email address I use, I never receive an email with the license. Does anyone else have this problem? I just sent an email over to nsg-licensing-us@sophos.com. I'm assuming this is the correct mailbox.

    Make sure that the email sent from astaro (email that you set up during the registration) is not in your junk folder!

    Nope, no email to be found. No one over at support has gotten back to me yet either.

    Same deal here with the Business Essentials license.  I haven't seen any email. [:S]

    Hi, Matthew, and welcome to the User BB!

    In fact, I don't think an Essentials license is mailed.  You have to login to your My.Astaro account and download it.

    In fact, weather, you could do the same to get your renewed Home license.

    In fact, I don't think an Essentials license is mailed.  You have to login to your My.Astaro account and download it.

    In fact, weather, you could do the same to get your renewed Home license.

    Thank you for the warm welcome.  I didn't receive an email with login instructions or credentials either.  I got in touch with NSG Licensing:

    Hi Matt,

    Currently we are having an issue with the licenses being sent out. It should be corrected very shortly.
