Hi y'all
Could someone pls advise with the following. I've got a Security Gateway 220 appliance and want to install/upgrade the OS.
When I start it up and the 1st bootable media is the HDD, all the test goes through fine but then nothing happens/loads. Some giberish comes up and then I get 5 beeps. Whenever I hit any key after that it just adds more lines of giberish and thats all it displays.
When I change the boot priority to USB CDROM, it just hangs on Verifying DMI pool data. I've tried loading optimized defaults as well as fail-safe defaults but no luck yet.
I have inserted the CD into my laptop and it boots up fine from there and wants to start installation.
This is my 1st encounter with an Astaro so my knowledge at the moment is non-existent.
