Home license about to expire, cannot create new license

My UTM 9 home user license is about to expire in 4 days. I tried to create a new license but it is asking me for:

Please insert the activation key (ACT-******x-yyyyyyyyy):

I do not have any activation key. What should I do?

Well I tried that and it does not work as it still wants a ACT key...

You have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to see the Generate Home User license. Thanks
