I you ever have this problem, this will help you saving many hours of Troubleshooting:
When you use a different certificate from a official CA or some other Certificates instead of the Standard-Self-Signed Certificate from the UTM you can't access the Webadmin nor the UserPortal if the CA-Chain is broken or the certificate is revoked!
So, one of the friendly Astaro Support Guys (Thanks again Mr. Richter [[:)]] helped me out with this few lines of Shell-Code:
su –
cc
webadmin
cert$
=REF_CaHosWebadCertiFor
and you are done [[:)]]
