Will UTM upgrade still support IPSEC and Red to older devices?

I see that the UTM 9 upgrade will be available soon to newer ASG220 devices. Before going that way I wanted to make sure that s2s vpn and red tunnels to older ASG110 and ASG120 devices running ASG V8 would continue to work? Has anybody done this?

    I have customers with mixed Site to Site setups (Version 9.002 mixed with 8.305) and they seem to work fine.  RED installations should be fine, the RED will update its firmware automatically when the V9 UTM contacts it.
