I have purchased a HW upgrade to my ASG 220 and want to get it to UTM 9. The UP2Date as the following message as to why I can't upgrade.
"A product upgrade to version 9 is available. However, since you are using a HA or cluster setup, you cannot upgrade at the moment, because the upgrade does not yet support HA/Cluster systems."
I'm not running a cluster or HA setup so not sure why it's not giving me the ability to upgrade.
What do I need to do to get this to V9
