I'm trying to install sophos on a machine I built today. I want to use, vmware. What guest operating system should I use?

This is driving me nuts, I tried installing the VMWare image and I keep getting this message;
Cant find: utm-9.000-vmware-x64-smp(1)/utm_9.000_vmware_x64_smp.vmdk

What am I doing wrong?
