VMWARE what guest operating system?

I'm trying to install sophos on a machine I built today. I want to use, vmware. What guest operating system should I use?

Just Linux...if you want ot install 32 bit sophos then use 32 bit then use 32 bit linux..64 bit asg 64 bit linux.
