How to get my current settings in a readable format?

I am using ASG 8.305. Is there any way I can get my current settings in a simple, readable format?

The reason I want to do this is because I want to do a fresh install of UTM 9 and enable an on-board NIC to create a DMZ. This NIC is currently disabled. 

From past experience, I have seen that if I add/enable a NIC after installation, the NIC order gets completely messed up and there is no way to fix it. This excludes the possibility of restoring from a backup.

I can redo all the settings manually but I need to be able to somehow get these settings in a readable format. If someone has any ideas, I will greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks Manfred, that will be very helpful if NIC reconfiguration does not work.

    BTW, the NIC order is easily fixed; go to /etc/udev/rules.d and edit the 70-persistent-net-rules file --- I recommend backing up the file into an alternate directory before editing, and not, if this is a commercial system, making such changes without the blessing of Sophos Support may void your support agreement... and if you make a mistake, you can make the system unusable.
