ASG-220 early rev - can't upgrade to 8.x?

Hi there. I have an older ASG-220 with 512MB of RAM running 7.512 that has a current license and subscription. It's old enough that the serial number has a dash in it, which I have not seen anywhere else. I tried upgrading it to 8.x via Up2Date, and it came back and said it didn't have enough memory. Any ideas on what I can do to install 8.x on it?

Do the v9 discount hardware refresh program. You'll be much happier with the performance, since 1GB is the minimum RAM for v8+ and the new rev 5 ASG will have 2GB. MyAstaro Licensing Portal

I hear you on that. We just did that on our 4 ASG-425 active/passive clusters (each cluster has a rev 1 and rev 4 unit), and did the technology refresh on the rev 1 units, since the rev 4 units have enough RAM to run v9. The rev 5 unit will be master most of the time, so the rev 4 units won't have to struggle very often.
I'm just trying to get by the next year on the 220, since I spent my budgetary numbers for this year on the 425s.
