Need Configuration Help

You cannot have two interfaces in the same subnet (192.168.200.0/24).

You'll be happier if you bridge your modem so that the UTM can get the public IP.  If not, you might want to consider running the UTM in bridge mode.  If you want help making that decision, create another thread with a brief comment on what your goals are for the UTM.

First of all - the goal for UTM is to be the DHCP server for my network and to be my software firewall between my LAN and the internet. I also want to be able to get to some of my files on some of my computers remotely which is why I am paying to get a static IP address. Beyond that I have no particular reason for doing anything any certain way - I just want it to work. Right now it doesn't and I can't figure out how to make it work. All help is appreciated.

With Astaro, you can use DynDNS for $20/year to avoid having to use a static IP.  That does require you to have the public IP on the External interface of the Astaro, but I can't tell from your description if that is the case.

I can't get to the link you listed. I have used DynDNS as well as another. I prefer to use the static IP due to security.

I know this works - I had it working fine using the older Astaro running under a Proxmox VM. But I added a UPS and I could not get Proxmox or Astaro to see it and be in control of the network. So I decided to add Windows Server 2008 R2 and VMPlayer. Now I have control over the UPS, but I can't figure ut how to get UTM running like I had Astaro running. I forgot my old settings.
