Home License Expired

Hello all.

I've been using ASG Home for a long time. I thought I recalled a few years back that licenses became perpetual for home users. I could be wrong because I installed ASG in my house back in 2006.

Well apparently my current license file had a 5 year life span because my license expired this week and the original date on the license file was 2007.

How do I go about obtaining a new license file?

I just signed up for Home Edition under a new email address. I can't imagine this is the ideal method but having my firewall and all it's services down wasn't viable either.

Hi, if the 'renew' button is missing in my.astaro.com, you can email the licensing support address shown on those pages.

I have the same problem, I have been using Astaro for several years and my license expires in 9 days. I have tried my.astaro and can't figure out how to renew. Just emailed astaro support.

I work as a manger in the power industry and while I use Astaro for home use. I have introduced it to the technical people at work who secure the control centre from the badies. This is mainly when I have asked for help on one issue or another. The point is these technical people now know about the product and may even use it themselves.

I am wondering if the home license is going to be limited or restricted with the new company ownership?

you can renew the home license it just ins't intuitive. has support gotten back to you?

Why not just create a new license in my.astaro.com? There is a section down at the bottom of the license management page for a 'Home Use License'. I have not lost anything making a new one. I had just made a new license, after the one I've had for years just had some issues and there was no problem at all just making a new one.
