stability issues and freezes

Hello,

we're using an asg110/120 rev. 4 (1gb) with the current v9.001.
We have issues that the asg freezes around one time a week. no ping/webadmin reachable. Just disconnect the unit from power source and reboot.

It doesn't make a difference if we're using the original 1gb ram or swapped into a 2gb module. system still freezing.

how to solve this, when we cannot reach the current live-logfiles?

This sounds like a hardware problem; you should open a support case.

Manuel, do you see anything unusual in the Executive report like a CPU spike or petabytes going through an interface?

We've swapped the unit to a rev. 5, so we'll see if the freezes are gone.
