Unable to access WebAdmin with IE9 and proxy

Hi,

I just upgraded our installation to version 9.000. Now I am unable to access webadmin with IE9. No matter if I  am using automatic proxy settings with a wpad.dat that is configured the ASG or manual proxy settings, the webadmin page says "Bitte warten, Verbindung zum Backend wird aufgebaut ..." (backend connection is being established...).
If I remove the proxy settings in IE I can login to webadmin without problems. The same settings in firefox do work with and without proxy.
Clearing the browser cache and so on did not help.

Does anybody have an idea or experienced the same problem?

I also opened a support case but no answer so far.

  • Had one of my guys have this problem already... remove the URL for the UTM from the Compatibility View list (in his case, he had to uncheck the "view intranet sites in compatibility view" checkbox in IE).
