How to backup logfiles to a windows machine?

Hi,

I am just moving from V8 to V9 and I want to backup all log files to my windows client. I don't want to import them to V9.

But how can I do this? With WinSCP I can only log in as "loginuser" and then I don't have access to /var/logs.
