Unusual Install Message

All-

I received the enclosed notification when installing UTM 9.000-8.1 from the downloaded ISO. UTM 9 is being installed on a lenovo core 2 duo with 8 gb of ram, running on an mtron 60 gb ssd (SLC). There has been no issue installing any other versions of ASG. Secondly I have down loaded and burned 2 different CD's to make sure it was not the CD. The notification is as follows:

Boot:
[     0.623649] drivers/rtc/hctosys.c:  unable to open rtc device (rtc8) 
INIT:   version 2.86 booting

I see this message after pressing enter when booting from the CD. Not sure what this indicates but I seem to have normal operation with the ASG post install.....

    I'm having the same issue trying to install; 
    asg-9.000-8.1.iso I used this iso without issue installing into a VM
    asg-9.003-16.1.iso was also tried with no success.

    In both cases they where burnt on different computers using different software.
    I get the same message at the start of this thread or though references rc0 instead, and then the system just hangs at the first screen.

    I have also tried doing a usb install and have changed the file of perl-package*.r to perl-package*.rpm and also have the same issue repeated.

    Out of interested i tried an older version via usb asg-8.305-1.1.iso and that worked without any issues.

    Can anyone shed any light of this issue.

    Hi, Can't you just install using the ISO FILE into the VM? I know VMWare can work that way.
