Unusual Install Message

All-

I received the enclosed notification when installing UTM 9.000-8.1 from the downloaded ISO. UTM 9 is being installed on a lenovo core 2 duo with 8 gb of ram, running on an mtron 60 gb ssd (SLC). There has been no issue installing any other versions of ASG. Secondly I have down loaded and burned 2 different CD's to make sure it was not the CD. The notification is as follows:

Boot:
[     0.623649] drivers/rtc/hctosys.c:  unable to open rtc device (rtc8) 
INIT:   version 2.86 booting

I see this message after pressing enter when booting from the CD. Not sure what this indicates but I seem to have normal operation with the ASG post install.....

    had that too on both my jetway and hp ml110 installs of 9.000-8. no probs running UTM afterwards.

    i vaguely remember some old linux kernels had dodgy real time clock code but i am guessing this is not the case with UTM9 so it would be interesting to know why we are seeing this message.

    I think this may be related to the CD boot loader image leaving no impact on the completed install. Although the question came if there is a relationship with the issue noted in post

    Ran into an issue with the software appliance ISO,
    asg-9.000-8.1.iso

    The following file name is cut off at 64 characters:
    /install/rpm/perl-Package-DeprecationManager-0.11-1.359.g9a593fa.rb2.noarch.r

    It should be:
    /install/rpm/perl-Package-DeprecationManager-0.11-1.359.g9a593fa.rb2.noarch.rpm

    This was causing my install to fail when looking for this file.

    I got around it by using a USB thumb drive to install and manually renaming the file.

    Not sure if this 64 character limitation is something specific to my machine, I'm using Windows 7 x64 with the built in ISO burner. I also inspected the ISO with 7-zip and see the same thing there.

    When I used the program MagicISO to look at the ISO, the noted file is actually shown with an RPM extension. There may be to may characters in the path/name.
