Restore from ASG 220 to UTM 320

We are upgrading from a 220 to a new 320. 
I'm hoping to just restore a backup on the new hardware from the old hardware. Are there any known issues with this? 
I understand it will ask for licensing when it reboots after the restore, is that correct?

    Hi, Clint, and welcome to the User BB!

    Yes, a new 320 license.  A 320 won't work with the 220 license.

    Also, you'll want to plan for 3-to-15 minutes of downtime as the ARP tables will need to be reset on any router/switch to which the 220 has been directly attached.  If the device is at the edge of your organization, you'll want to have your ISP on the phone so they can bounce their last-hop router after the 320 is in place.  I think that's the only "trick" to a switch.

    I forgot to mention that I have 2 units running in HA.

    I believe the steps for the upgrade would be:
    Power on 1st UTM, 
    Load hardware license
    Restore from 220 backup file
    Load Software license

    Power on 2nd UTM, 
    Load Hardware license
    Power off 2nd UTM

    Power on 2nd UTM with HA cross-over cable plugged into both units.

    Complete any other software changes required

    Am I right? Is there a way to do this with fewer steps?
