If you move a 120 disk to a 320, it will not work. If you install on a 320 disk that has been completely cleaned off, only the software ISO will work.
If you have a 120 with a license for a 120, the license will not work with any appliance other than a 120 or with any software install. If this is a business where you have a license for the 120, your best bet is to return the 320 to the eBay seller and buy a new Sophos UTM 120. The new 120s have a much faster processor and 2GB of RAM.
