HA Hot-Standby licensing

When it was time to renew our ASG120 licenses we were offered a free ASG120 if we signed up for a 3yr period. I took the offer and started using the new ASG120 with the new licenses. At the time, I was told that I could use the old ASG120 for a HA setup but I never went about it. The licenses in the older ASG120 have expired. Do I need to renew something so I can use it in HA mode?

Although the new boxes may be different, the Astaro NICs don't do auto-crossover, so, sorry, I don't think so.
