Up2date Error

Up2date settings are not applied as scheduled. I have several ASG 8.3*** with the same problem.

This is a bug?

    Is there a firewall upstream of these ASG units?  If so, make sure port 80 and 443 are open outbound for the ASG to retrieve its' updates.

    Also, if this is a recent install, give it time --- sometimes they perform maintenance on the up2date servers and they don't respond to authentication requests, etc. for a bit.
