Installing via CloudSigma need help

So I am testing this out.  Got ASG 8.3 loaded and here is where I am at.  I have a static IP with cloud sigma.  When i turn on the server I am prompted to go through the 'blue screen' type install.  Not sure what to put in the IP Address, subnet and gateway.  I have tried both leaving it as the default 192.168.2.100 and also putting in the static IP address.

I am told all ports are open but I can not ping nor login to webadmin from the https://staticip:4444

I logged into the command line as root and eth0 appears to be setup right. I am told all ports are open. Any ideas?

I am obviously not on there network or subnet, so this would be as if it was being installed in any data center remotely.

    just an update, worked with cloud sigma support for quite a while, there is a problem with there system and a work around was needed to get it live.  They said it should work out of the box but it doesn't.
