High Availability Notifiers?

I have a customer who has set up two units in High Availability. Is it usual to show one as being UNLINKED?

Yeah, I think he was there, Scott, as he set up the fallback heartbeat on the Internal interfaces. JB, I bet this was the first time that syncing started, and that it was just going to take a bit to sync. Does it still show syncing?
