Suddenly won't pass web traffic

Running software 7.511; Qwest put in a replacement modem, right around that time it won't pass web traffic any more.  It will pass pings, email in and out, etc., but not web.  If I bypass the firewall, connect directly to the modem, web traffic comes through. Nothing apparent in the log files. Even if I open up a packet rule "anything to or from anything" is still won't let it through.  Firewall has run fine for about 2 years; up-to-date with UpToDate.  At my wits end.

  • This sounds like an issue with the NIC connected to the new modem.  On the 'Hardware' tab, instead of 'Auto-Negotiation', try setting to the different speeds and duplexes.  If this is your own hardware, what is the brand+model of the NIC?
