Web Security shows ip addresses instead of user names after 8.302 update

Dear all,

after applying the 8.302 patch, our astaro ASG220 shows ip addresses instead of active-directory user names on the statistic page "Top users by time spent" and "Top users by traffic" (by clicking on "Web Security").

On our ASG120 at another subsidiary the 8.301 release is working and the user names are displayed correctly.

Is this an 8.302 issue?

Hi all,

the problem was a web security exception which was created near the time of update. this exception skipped all authentication.

--> layer 8 problem! [8-)]
